Ball Clay: Bikaner - Rajasthan
The major portion of ball clay reserves is available in Bikaner district of Rajasthan in India. Most of the Indian ceramic industries use this clay in their body formulation. Even most of the industries in southern India use this clay. There are two major varieties of this clay available and they are
1. M Grade
2. K Grade
In some factories they use both grades of clay in combination and in some factories they use either M Grade or K Grade along with other source of ball clays.
