Mother Nature has blessed the Indian Continent with all the mineral resources. Ball clays of different variety is one of the important resource among the mineral resources. The sources are spread throughout India. However the characteristics differs from region to region and mine to mine and no region or no mine has got the required uniform individualistic characteristics ball clay. This is the biggest challenging problem for the clay based products manufacturing industries in India, and ceramic industries like sanitary ware, Floor tiles, Porcelain tiles, Vitrified ceramic granite tiles, Wall tiles, Table ware, Porcelain insulator, Refractories and other allied products industries are most affected industries.
